Short Bio: I took a month off after graduating from the University of New Mexico and started with the company on February 1, 1997. Right away my father Bill took me under his wings and started training me on the products and sales process. I started learning the internal systems and eventually was able to handle an opportunity from cradle to grave directly with the customer. This included pre-sale, order processing, inspection and delivery functions. I have had the opportunity to sell 393 new units to customers over the years. Currently, I have transitioned almost entirely into an owner / leadership role. My primary focus is running the business, improving processes and profitability. We currently have seven (7) full-time sales personnel, two (2) part time sales personnel, one (1) Sales Manager and one (1) Sales Coordinator.
